Katrina Halili is reportedly asking for P100 million in moral damages from Hayden Kho regarding the case she filed against him, under Act 9262 Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act.
The case was filed by Katrina after secretly recording their 'sex video' which then circulated on the Internet.
On April 10 edition of Startalk on GMA-7, Katrina's legal counsel Atty. Palad said, "Nag-testify si Ms. Katrina para i-prove yung kaso niya against Hayden particularly yung violation niya against RA9262 pati yung claims niya na one hundred million."
According to Hayden's lawyer Atty Kapunan, "Meron silang claim of damages, wala namang prinodyus na kontrata, so we objected at sabi ng court, 'Please produce the contract'...
"Sabi ng court, magbayad ng filing fee for hundred million damages. Meron pang hearing next week."
Apparently, a docket fee of around P3million pesos is needed to file that huge amount of damage claim.
